For his tenth solo album, the No Limit CEO and amateur baller has released a double-CD set whose content will not surprise listeners who are long familiar with his world and concerns ("Why They Wanna Wish Death," "Thug and Get Paper," and so on). The fact that Master P has released a double CD in 2004 is interesting for two reasons: one, the heyday of the double rap CD (1996 to 1998) is long over; secondly, rappers usually produce double CDs when they are rising toward their peak, not, as with Master P, when they've cooled into veterans of the rap game.
